Not the best environment if you are looking to sit in and do work, study, socialize, etc. A few tables, but no couches/lounge area and is usually to crowded to be comfortable. Service can be hit or miss depending on how crowded it is.

Worst Starbucks location of all time. Everything is a challenge here, the store is too small for Cranberry. Why do I come here? Just because it's the closest and most convenient to my house otherwise I'd boycott it.

Probably one of, if not, the worst starbucks I've been to. I don't mind the size of the store bc I never dined in, but it's definitely too small. There is barely anywhere to stand and wait for your drink. It's an awkward setting esp when there are people sitting down. You can hear all conversations and you either choose to sit by the line of people or by the bathroom. Even during what you would think is off hours for coffee (if there's such a thing), there's still a wait. The servers are not friendly at all compared to the ones on Freedom Rd. There's also no drive-thru and the parking lot is pretty crowded unless you go around by visionworks and walk. They have a very limited drink selection and food menu. I really won't go back here if I have the choice.

The place is always crowded but the wait is not overly long, just about 5 minutes. The facility is pretty clean. The staff here are friendly enough and always polite. Never had any issues. The parking lot is private but it is quite tight and crowded. The inside of Starbucks is similar, not a lot of room to move around when it is crowded. This is a Starbucks just like most others. I like the coffee and the fast service offered here.

Don't come here! Waited more than 25 minutes for a cup of coffee. They got nobody working. I'm sure there's a dunkin donuts around or head to another Starbucks. Terrible service.

It's Starbucks and for me that means crowded, noisy and OK but not great coffee. My son is addicted to pumpkin spice latte and is buying - so there you go. The biggest issue here is tight parking. The free Internet almost earns a 4 but not quite. I really do like the Starbucks at Star Ferry in Hong Kong.

Let's see, manager/barista scolding another employee out in the open where customers can see. Not enough help for the number of orders. Got my fraps AFTER two people behind me. Then, the one wasn't made with soy as requested. Never again.

There are 2 Starbucks in Cranberry... if I had to pick my favorite, it would have to be the Freedom Road location. I don't want to hate, but the staff is a touch friendlier and it's a bigger store (plus they just remodeled). But this is not about the Freedom Road store. The 228 location is clean and legit though. They make coffee, and even if the staff is not the most outgoing and friendly at least they will help feed the caffeine addiction.

First of all, you cant check into this place on Yelp. This is the black hole of Butler County. So be warned. Moving on.... I have been here many times. I like to go to this location over the one a quarter of a mile down the road because there are no long lines. There is not a drive thru for you lazy people at this location. The staff is the same as any other Starbucks...people that get paid very little to hear you order something that you should not be drinking in the first place if you have to customize it that much to fit your diet. The only thing that drove me nuts about this location is that the employees clean the pastry case with a vacuum. I don't know how I feel about the same vacuum that cleans hair off the floor cleaning out the place that houses my brownies.

I stopped in here again due to lack of time to make it to the other location. Service was noticeably better, though wait times are longer than you'll find at some of the other Starbucks in the area. It was nice to see employees interacting with customers on a more personal level, using names, and smiling. Seems to be heading in the right direction.

BEWARE! If you enjoy being berated and intimidated and belittled by your barista, this is your place. It's odd that people at a coffee shop would be angry for asking if they offer a specialty drink, even if it's a redundancy. An important trait of working in the service industry is you must like people.
